Harmony is an amazing place to find inner peace and tranquillity. Located on the beautiful island of Pašman it is also accessible from both Split and Zadar airports.

This week long Seminar will explore the Medicine Wheel, an ancient tool used by our ancestors to find balance and harmony. The Medicine Wheel can be used at various levels, from that of an individual and their health, through problem solving and community cohesion to the relationship with Mother Earth and the Spirit World. It is still very widely used within indigenous communities and it has a growing use in both personal and professional development. As I will have recently returned from a tour of sacred Mayan sites and ceremonies in Mexico, I will include these experiences in this Seminar week.

Working as a group we will explore the four directions of the Medicine Wheel and their relationship with Father Sky and Mother Earth, all of which symbolise dimensions of our health and the cycles of life. At the centre of the Medicine Wheel is the point of harmony and balance between the Physical, Mental and Emotional and Spiritual aspects of our life. Going around the Medicine Wheel will enable us to consider these four aspects seeing which ones need to be addressed in order to find health and healing.

We will work with the breath, voice and the body through simple mediations and exercises, cleansing and releasing negative energies, as well as giving and receiving feelings of harmony and wholeness. This traditional way of looking at the inter-connectivity of all things will help us to see the rhythms, cycles and patterns that exist in our own lives and provide a pathway through which we can deeply connect with our soul. We will work with this powerful healing for ourselves and beyond.

As a Shamanic practitioner I work with the Spirit world and this allows me to include this within my Sound Healing sessions. Shamanism refers to a wide range of traditional beliefs and practices and is based on the understanding that we are all connected. This includes the recognition that everything, including our Mother Earth, has a spirit and is alive.
