Do you long to just go with the flow? Giving your body the space to do nothing but exist, and your heart the opportunity to re-connect with your soul?

 

This one day Sound Healing Circle will take place in a beautiful rural location in the heart of the wine-growing region of Međimurje County. In this peaceful spot, a small group of us will meet to form a Sound Healing Circle.

 

We will use the time to heal ourselves, each other and beyond.

 

During the day we will be working with the four Elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire using this to connect with Ether, the essence of our heart and soul.

 

We will use our voices to clear and harmonise our Chakras. This will bring the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies into balance, generating a sense of peace and happiness. The day will be an opportunity to get rid of negative energies and stress accumulated through a busy urban lifestyle.

 

I will take the group on a Sound Journey through the use of a variety of instruments including drums, Tibetan bowls, rattles, chimes, bells and the voice. This will take you into a deeply relaxed state where the vibrations of the instruments and the voice will resonate with your physical and energy bodies.

 

This total immersion in healing sounds will be an opportunity to achieve a state of deep body relaxation, where cleansing and releasing of energies can occur. This will have both short and longer term healing benefits including the reduction of the symptoms of stress and the promotion of a sense of well being.

 

We will eat a delicious vegetarian lunch together, prepared by our dear Sue Angel, companionably sharing wholesome food whilst at the same time absorbing the natural beauty of the countryside.

 

Pre-registration is required as places are limited. The cost for the day is 100 kuna with 50 kuna for those who are not working or are on low incomes. This includes lunch and refreshments.

 

I will be speaking in clear and slow English but translation for Croatian/Slovenian speakers will be available if necessary.
